Eden Village Premium Royal Beach is a short distance from the traditional village of Ambatoloaka, in the famous bay of Madirokely with its crystal clear water, where guests can swim within a large area marked off with buoys, protected from the small boats that navigate the surrounding waters. We are in Nosy Be, one of Madagascar’s islands, a real paradise for those who love diving, unspoiled beaches and the “mora mora” (slowly slowly) lifestyle. The village’s relaxing atmosphere and the lush vegetation that surrounds it are just some of the strong points of the Village: its architecture is the perfect blend balance Creole and Mogadishu style, with wood roofs and ethnic decorations, while the bright and comfortable rooms are furnished with warm and modern features. There is no shortage of leisure and sporting facilities, such as the swimming pool, the well-equipped wellness centre, beach volley and tennis courts and a gym; the ever-discrete and professional Eden Viaggi entertainment team is in charge of organising daytime and evening activities.

A day spent exploring the islands near Nosy Be. The first stop is Nosy Komba, the “island of the lemurs”, rich with fruit trees and palm trees: visit to a park inhabited by lemurs, chameleons, turtles and by boa constrictors and to the colourful fishermen village of Ampagorina, with its many local artisan shops. The second stop is the island of Nosy Tanikely, the “little island”, a marine protected park since 2010, where you can snorkel among colourful fish, turtles and sea stars. Last but not least, Nosy Sakatia, the “orchid island”, where you will enjoy a sumptuous Madagascan meal on the beautiful beach of Ampasindava and then enjoy swimming in the tranquil crystal clear waters of the bay.
A paradise for anyone who loves the sun and the sea, 30 miles south-west of Nosy Be: the island is divided into two parts, “Iranja Be” (the large one) and “Iranja Kely” (the little one) connected by a strip of white sand almost 2 km long, which appears and disappears with the tide. The island is a marine reserve covered in lush vegetations where sea turtles come and lay their eggs. If you like, you can climb to the top of lighthouse, from where you can take some amazing photos, and interact with local fishermen. Lunch, in a reserved area, is included.
A beautiful day on a catamaran dedicated to snorkelling swimming and sunbathing. You will leave Nosy Tanikely marine park and reach Nosy Sakatia, where you will have a nice lunch and a relaxing afternoon; on the way back, to the hotel you will enjoy an aperitif on board.
Discover Madagascan traditions. A truly unique experience. Learn how to fish using the old fishing methods on board the pirogues, the typical local boats.
A day dedicated to discovering Madagascan culture on board comfortable Jeeps with air conditioning. You will visit the sacred tree of the animist religion and one of Hell-Ville’s cities. After the visit, you will then have some time to spend shopping. The next stop will be Lemuria Land, to visit the lemurs and see the tropical plants; before returning to the hotel for lunch, you will also see how ylang ylang is distilled. In the afternoon, you will go to Andilana beach and then to Mount Passot, the highest top of the island, to enjoy the spectacular sunset.
A one-day trip to discover Ambatozavavy, a small fisherman village. You will reach the beach that leads into the natural forest of Lokobè, on board pirogues, the typical Madagascan boats. A pleasant walk in a spectacular habitat, home to lemurs, reptiles, chameleons and many types of tropical and medical plants. Lunch on the beach is included; a short relaxing break before heading back to the hotel.
Half a day dedicated to nature at Nosy Fanihy, in the northern part of the island, just 45 minutes away by boat. Madagascans consider this island sacred, as it is the resting place of the Sakalava Kings. It is known as the little Iranja, as it features a long white strip of sand mixed with coral dust and seashells. Perfect for snorkelling and relaxing in the sun.
